Quality Control

Quality Assurance & Quality Control - To ensure quality in line with the specifications, we have modern testing laboratory installed with modern testing equipments in all our mills. All specifications, test parameter limits and testing equipments are as defined, and audited, by Coats plc. Our Quality Assurance Dept continually review production and test methods i.e on-line and off-line controls.

The process control and quality assurance checks cover all parameters viz.
  • evenness and cleanliness
  • yarn strength and sizing
  • fault levels in both yarn and thread
  • plied thread strength and elongation
